Mechanical Project Engineer

Opportunity with Expanding International Thermal Process Equipment OEM located in Desirable Kennesaw (North Cobb County) Georgia area. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1)  A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.

2)  3 to 5 years previous experience in a related field.

3)  Drafting software capability (AutoCad plus 3D modeling).

4)  Foreign language is a plus

5)  Good communication  / presentation skills.

6)  Good project time management / planning skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1)  Design of thermal process manufacturing equipment valued from $ .5 million  to $16.5 million.

2)  Thermal calculations, combustion design, structural steel design calculations, pneumatic calculations, hydraulics calculations.

3)  Interface with other internal departments (project management, purchasing, field service, manufacturing and sales).

4)  Travel - domestic and international up to 30% of time.
