CEC has been developing technologies in and around the Sand Lion® 3-in-1 process. We have collectively included these under our CleanCast® technology umbrella.

CleanCast® technology as applied to permanent mold and semi-permanent mold castings consists of accelerated heat treatment and decoring, and controlling the retained heat in the casting by moving it rapidly from the casting station to the heat treatment furnace, in an entirely automated heat treating cell.
