Engineering
CEC is staffed with a uniquely qualified and experienced team of electrical, thermal, mechanical and metallurgical engineers with excellence in engineering design. CEC engineers use a highly flexible engineering system to tailor equipment exactly to the needs of the customer in the most economical and efficient manner possible. With a comprehensive background in all related heat processing technologies, CEC engineers are capable of designing the right solution to a wide variety of industrial applications.

Project Management
Each job at CEC is handled on a project management basis to ensure the overall success of each installation. Each project is assigned to a Project Manager who has total responsibility for the entire success of the project from order placement to installation. Each Project Manager is supported by a qualified team of engineering and field service personnel who are completely devoted to the overall success of the project.

Manufacturing
All heat processing equipment is manufactured at CEC's new 135,000 square-foot, ultra-modern manufacturing facility located north of Atlanta, GA. This world-class facility is fully equipped with 10-ton bridge cranes, high bay fabrication areas and CAD/CAM metal fabricating machinery. At CEC, manufacturing represents our highest commitment to fabricate only quality heat processing equipment.

Installation
CEC field technicians and field erection personnel provide installation, training and start-up procedures to ensure the safe and proper operation of CEC equipment. CEC also provides its own field services and parts departments to keep down-time to a minimum should a problem ever occur.

In-Plant Testing
CEC offers a substantial advantage to its customers with in-plant pre-testing to ensure proper operation of its equipment. CEC fully assembles, wires, pipes and pre-tests equipment, which physically allows for pre-testing in our manufacturing area. This confirms proper operation and quality, minimizes any field start-up problems that may arise. Larger systems or equipment requiring product testing prior to shipment can usually be pre-tested for a small additional fee.
