CEC’s standard or custom manufactured pusher furnaces are robust, reliable and do not require hydraulic fluid. We manufacture designs that can be applied to a variety of furnace types to ensure consistent loading and unloading. Baskets or trays of product are loaded on to the pusher mechanism, indexed throughout the furnace during typical long-dwell heat treatment, and may be quenched or moved to cooling chambers after treatment.

CEC engineers have broad experience in tray push, pull and transfer furnaces. These furnaces are used for a variety of purposes including:
