CEC has been developing technologies in and around the Sand Lion® 3-in-1 process. We have collectively included these under our CleanCast® technology umbrella.

CleanCast® technology as applied to permanent mold and semi-permanent mold castings involves a rackless furnace design with accelerated heat treatment and decoring, controlling the retained heat in the casting by moving it rapidly from the casting station to the heat treatment furnace, in an entirely automated heat treating cell.

Our mindset at CEC is that we are in the Aluminum Casting Heat Treat System business. We are dedicated to serving our customers with innovative processes that also fit our core competency of aluminum thermal systems.
